READY TO LOVE THE SKIN YOU’RE IN?

You’re ready to get back to a healthier you...

  • But let’s be honest, keeping up with all your mommy duties

  • Trying to juggle you’re never ending to-do list

  • Finding the time to make time for yourself

  • Adding one more thing on your plate seems a bit exhausting

  • And figuring where to get to started…it all is a bit overwhelming.

Friend, I’ve been right where you are!

I was post-babies, wanting to find my spark again. I’ve been overwhelmed by motherhood, and frankly, I’m still right there working to keep all the balls in the air.

But a few years ago, I was given some very wise advice: Determine which of those balls I’m currently juggling are made of glass and which ones aren’t. Which ones can be dropped if need be and which ones will break if dropped?

For me, and possibly for you, I’ve found that one of my glass balls is my health. I want my kids to have not only a loving mom but a strong and healthy one.

I went from:

  • an exhausted mama who drank way too much coffee

  • low on time and energy-barely surviving the day

  • uncomfortable in the skin I’m in

  • embarrassed that I haven’t bounced back

To a mom who:

  • switched to a mushroom coffee

  • focuses more on her glass balls

  • has more energy now with three kids than just one

  • is thriving each day

  • feels confident in her body and who God created her to be

The 3 Tools for Change

I’m excited to share with you what changed for me and how you can have it in your life too! I’ve learned a few valuable things:

1. I was looking in the wrong place for my self-worth.

Psalm 139: 13-14 “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.”

2. I was empty and exhausted because I wasn’t filling my cup physically or spiritually.

“Food can fill our stomach but never our souls. Possessions can fill our houses but never our hearts. Sex can fill our nights but never our hunger for love. Children can fill our days but never our identities. Jesus wants us to know only He can fill us and truly satisfy us.” --Made to Crave, Lysa Terkeurst

3. I needed support and a community. I couldn’t do this alone.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!

How does it all work?

  1. This is a six week support group that will work alongside the Bodi Lava program.

  3. You will be encouraged to drink your water, focus on healthy foods, move your body, and spend time with the Lord in prayer and reading the word.

  4. This isn’t a group based on perfection. It’s a small group to remind ourselves to do the small things on a regular basis to help us be at our best for ourselves and our families.
